On one side, it isn't since people wear even weirder and more mainstream crap to work places then this, this would only be recognized by people who are into it as it doesn't say or visually scream "Pokémon Moon!" but it's rather subtle.
That being said, if someone, by chance were to recognize it, expect to be pointed out and perhaps even made fun of, in which case, you might point back at him/her and claim that by them knowing what it is makes them just as much of an
nerd or whatever they call you for it as you are, in which case they probably refute with "I just saw the commercials!" or "I know because I bought it for my (son/daughter/brother/sister or whatever)".
So all in all, it's an unnecessary risk you don't have to take unless you'd know for sure that the environment you'll find yourself in will have a majority of like-minded people who won't necessary bash you for it.
