When is the earliest I can get this thing to evolve in SM? I've had it since Route 1. I'm after the first trial and it's level 16 and still not evolving.

Is there some trick to increase happiness at this point in the game? Maybe a festival plaza house or something? Fucking thing can't take a hit.
