I ask because of the Deicidueye vs Primarina dynamics, which supposedly should work like Primarina vs Incineroar.

But Incineroar isn't weak to Fairy. Fire's resistance to the type neutralizes the damage.

The thing is the first type of the starters are strong against the first type of the others, while the second type is strong against their second types.

Following that logic Ghost was supposed to be strong against Fairy this gen.
