Lusamine's clefable got FIVE s.atk drops on my salazzle. Had to use a dire hit to deal any noticible damage with sludge wave and had to use a hyper potion against something that only hit me with quad resist attacks.

Is it me or is it almost impossible to run from wild encounters now?

I carry a Ghost type at the front of my team just to avoid "Couldn't get away!"

Blame the slow dex. The only things that are actually fast are Salazzle, Ribombee and older gen Pokemon.
