So what new Pokemon in sun/moon are broken as fuck and 100% going to be either AG or Ubers ? I'm talking mega fug and primal groudon levels of OP

None of them. The likely candidates for Ubers right now are Solgaleo, Lunala, Marshadow, Pheromosa, Kartana, and MAYBE Top Lel. None of them are even close to Mega Fug levels.

Spirit shackle has uses, but if you think it's gonna send Decidueye to ubers you're either baiting or retarded.

Baton Pass is gonna get banned from smogon OU again and the strategy doesn't work in Battle Spot Singles or VGC. Decidueye is shit.
