Would an eviolite that doubles Atk and SpAtk for non-final evolutions be overpowered? Or would it be balanced like eviolite is? I just want more reasons to keep first or second stage pokemon. Also what about if eviolite would be 2.5x for first stage pokemon in a three stage line.
