I haven't found Bounsweet but you can get one in a trade from an NPC somewhere.
Komala isn't until later in the game, though I don't remember where. Salandit is near the fire trial, if I remember correctly. It's moderately common so you'll likely stumble across it as you play through the game.
Serebii, of course, has all the data on locations up already, but I can't be bothered looking, so you can go look yourself.
