Confusion was nerfed and now only triggers in 1/3. Terrain affects are nowviable due to the Tapus. Misty terrain will stop confusion and psychic terrain stops priority. Dark types being immune to prankster should also lower prankster usage and they are the main swagger users.

If I was using Mudsdale I would use a set similar to yours but have stamina as an ability and switch counter with superpower or close combat. Maybe use earthquake instead of high horsepower for spread if I use enough flying/levitating Pokemon.
