From a /wfg/ perspective, I think what needs to go down is the following, regardless of whenever Bank opens up.
1) Getting HA for gen VII pokes seems to be significantly time consuming. Getting a gen VII HA in any gender, any ball will be valuable trading.
2) Catching any poke in an apricorn ball where not possible before / Gen VII, regardless of gender or ability, will be valuable, simply because the balls are in short supply (we will probably need to inject more apricorn balls.)
3) When people have trading lists of (1) and (2), we can cross them via breeding to make HA + apricorn balls. These will become the final trading fodder, replacing trading lists of (1) and (2).
So, for now, make trading lists of (1) and (2) to the best of your abilities.
