Tsareena is a physical Grass-type attacker who ignores priority while Shiinotic is a specially-defensive Grass/Fairy who can debuff physical attackers. They're both good, so it's just a matter of what your team needs in a Grass-type: More offense or something capable of tanking a bit and inflicting debuffs.
