SO, how does hyper training work, im hearing conflicting things about it, so it increases IVS right, cause I hear in some places it doesnt actually increase them and im confused

Okay, so let's say I have a 2 exactly the same pokemons, the only difference are in the ivs. one is a 6IV pokemon and the other, a normal IVd pokemon. Now, i Hyper train them both, will they're stats be generally the same?
