Looks fun, but I don't see it going to OU even if it got Drain Punch.
It's most promising sets are BU, SD, or AV.
It's recovery options are too limited for BU to work, and it's vulnerable on the special side. I don't see people using this over say M-Slowbro for example.
SD is better than BU. It can do more damage more quickly, and heal itself more efficiently with Drain Punch (it doesn't really need the Def boosts anyway). But being slow and weak on the special side again hurts it's chances of pulling off a sweep.
AV seems like the best overall set for it. With the boost to SpD, it can work as a pretty solid tanky pivot. However, as far as OU goes, most teams will opt for Azumarill for this role considering it has a better typing, does more damage, and has priority to make up for its low speed. The only advantages Bewear has over it are Drain Punch and better overall bulk.
Will be solid in UU though.
