So /vp/
The game has officially been out for about 36 hours now. What are your thoughts?

I'm currently on the second Island and I'm headed to Meet Olivia in the graveyard area.

What are your thoughts on the trials? For me, Raticate and Lurantis were pretty easy. Salazzle was medium diifficulty; Wishiwashi took for fucking ever because it called alomolola and the fucker kept using heal pulse while wishiwashi growled

Overall, I'm pretty happy with it and I'm looking forward to the next part. I just wish that fucking female salandits were easier to find. I just want a fucking salazzle because I need a poison type

I thought the normal trial was easy enough. OHKO'd salazzle with araquanid. 2HKao'd Lurantis with Araquanid. Encored Wishiwashi into spamming growl while I killed him with Primarina.

Why are there so many cut scenes? Seem like every 5 minutes that rival guy or lillie or some other random has to jump in and give you their life story.

Does this ease up later? Cause I'm at the second island and I see no signs of it stopping.

I'm tempted to breed for a shiny one, but I know that will take so fucking long to do. Thats also IF I can find one. Best thing I've gotten so far is an adamant Bounsweet. Though my Cutiefly/Ribombee has been a huge bro throughout the game. I'm at nearly the same point in my game. What's your team looking like so far?

Right now, I have Brionne, Bouncee the Tsareena, Sun Lycanroc, Raichu, Toucannon, and the Salandit I caught earlier today.

And I have: Torracat, Tsareena, Moon Lycanroc, Ribombee, Wimpod, and Pikachu. I have the thunderstone for pikachu, but I want it to learn some more moves first, then I'll evolve it. And just beat Olivia!

Nice! I have a Ribombee, too, but I'm boxing it for now while I level up Salandit.

Lurantis was the toughest totem yet for me. Gumshoos and Salazzle were easy. Wishiwashi was slightly tough, but thankfully I was able to take out the ally pokemon before it could heal.

trying a bit of everything just cleared all trials, awaiting for the legendary cutscene.

I know most people love to complain here, but aside from the technical slowdown in battle, i don't have any problem with the game.
I love following the story, taking some break to do something else, like revisiting zone, catching more mon, trying the plaza stuff.

The music are a real step up honestly, i love using Z move, the atosphere of the game feel very like "wild environnement".

The Water spider is the hidden gem, this thing is ridiculous.
