Catherine,(with the russian tie in with Tsar) Elizabeth,etc. If you wanna be less historical I'm sure you can just type in some germanic names or russian names like Anastasia and have a nice elegant sounding name to go along with the theme.
Or you can name it SlutFruit, that works too.
