On top of this, capture rates seem to have been lowered. Some low level shit will be paralyzed, 1HP left, but it'll pop out of whatever ball I throw without even shaking.

Holy shit, I caught a magnemite early on purely because I'm one of the rare people that really likes Magnezone. I had no idea how much I would rely on Thunder Wave this gen.
