5% chance isn't THAT bad. look for the special fishing spot, it has ripples coming from it. save your game, fish. if you don't get a feebas, soft reset. repeat until you get a feebas.

there this stones where you can press a to fish. in every water area after you enter brooklet hill is one of them with round white waves on it. There you can fish for 5% chance on feebas. But only once.

Yes. Nebby lets you battle and capture it.

Capturing the Cosmog and evolving it is for Pokedex completion (Cosmog and Cosmoem entries). It gives you a second box legendary that you either keep or trade for another game's box legendary.

Breeding is pretty quick in this game thanks to Flame body Magby found at Wela Volcano Park combined with the speed of Ride Tauros. If you find a female Eevee, go for the nursery.

So on Serebii it says that Lucky Egg is given by Kukui on Route 1 when you have 50 Pokemon caught in the pokedex, but he's not in his house. Any idea where to find him? For reference I've just finished the Fire Trial.

It only works if you drop to 50% and under from your entire health. Dropping from 40% to 20% won't do anything.

Wild Pokemon, you flee. Trainers, you switch out with another Poke.

If you're having a hard time finding a female Eevee, you can always evolve one of the male Eevees into a Cute Charm Sylveon. I just learned Eevee only needs a bond of two hearts in Refresh plus a fairy move to evolve. I thought it needed the full hearts back in Gen 6 but nope.

Is there something that changed with affection evolution?
I caught Pichu at level 4, with a luxury ball. Gave it the Soothe Bell, haven't let it faint once, eat the turn overs with it, and feed/pet it. Won't evolve. It's level 14 now.

That doesn't seem to be the case at all. This Wishiwashi has successfully called for help twice and I paralyzed him on the first turn.

Make sure to explore. There are a lot of mushrooms and pearls and stuff. Don't forget to fish in all of the holes that have bubbles coming out of them. It might be a rare pokemon but it can also be an item that's worth a good chunk of change.

rocky coast area, you have to run it down before it runs into it's little hole. use tauros and charge at it, if you lose it go into the pokemon center next to the area to reset

You can get it to evolve with enough Malasadas. Those increase friendship fast if you feed it, send it out into battle, and feed it again. I had one evolve at lv2 and another at 13. Massages, Soothe Bell, walking still works.

How exactly do you chain to find different mons?
I've been chaining Rioulu all day to make it call a Chansey but I've got no luck so far.
I understand the probabily is 5%, but after 40 fucking Rioulu I'd expect to see half Chansey at least.

Probably one of the harder games to nuzlocke due to totem pokemon and island leaders with Z-power attacks.

You're going to lose pokemon at a pretty decent rate going in blind

Is breeding and EV training completely undoable in this gen?

I've been trying to get me some dittos now for half an hour but only managed to catch around 6 because of the ridiculous chances and loading times.

Then there's no feaseable way to EV train expcept for against monsters.

I remember all this being a peace of cake in XY.
