Unexpected SM bros?

Caught this one during the maingame to fill the dex and I saw he had a good nature. To my surprise, he kicks ass and takes names.

Well, certain comments about Pachirisu aside, it seems as though half the Pikaclones were made just to capitalize on new features. Dedenne was a Fairy-type, Plusle and Minun were made to best fit in doubles matches, and I think the only decent offshoot was Emolga because of its typing and decent stats and even then it couldn't evolve.

If Togedemaru's usable, that'll be a welcome surprise.
