No. It wasn't confirmed as a launch title. You could be waiting for quite a while.
Also, I want to see if the switch is any good before committing to it.
Plus, back when we did get 3rd versions, I always did pick up one of the original pair.

Why are you waiting for something that isn't even confirmed or hinted at to even exist? Even if you do buy it, who guarantees you that you'll be able to play with 3DS users or use the same GTS network?

Because if it does It should be pretty nice I would think. The last come console Pokemon game was Colosseum and despite it's flaws it was pretty neat too.

1. You don't know the Switch's release date
2. Pokemon Stars wasn't rumored to be a launch title
3. As likely as the rumor is, it's still a rumor
4. You would need to buy a Switch, then buy Stars both of which price isn't known

so yeah sounds completely worth waiting for OP keep preserving

Its pretty much a given that Gamefreak will release a main Pokemon game on the Switch, being the fact that it'll be the ONLY Nintendo device for the next generation. (unless there's a device that no one knows about in the pipeline)

Not gonna get it. Got Sun for my N3DS XL, am happy with how it is. Simply not interested nor have the money to get a new console.

You're a retard, Nintendo will never drop the handheld line. They already said so.

The Switch being portable is its main gimmick.

We already know it's sometime in March.

Nintendo has said that the Switch will cost about as much as a console, so expect anything between the $299-$399 range.
