Is there anything about the exact changes a chain does to the numbers?

Like how many chains is until the pokemon has 4 max IV's, what it does to the shiny chance etc

I swear GF purposely made Mareanie hard to get, especially one with HA. Very low encounter rate and I have to use false swipe to increase the sos call chanc, but it proceed to recover. When it does call a mareanie, the mareanie proceed to kill the corsala with one hp or poison it with poison sting.
