Then they just let you evolve the second Nebby into the one you didn't get. And the Necrozma story is an Episode Delta-like post-game story featuring Lillie coming back from Kanto and a new villain that's kidnapping Fallers in order to awaken Necrozma. Lillie manages to fend him off with her new trainer skills but he manages to take Lusamine away. He also captures Guzma and Mohn. They reveal that he was Mohn's assistant in the past or something to tie the story together.
