I like how it is "good" in that it saves humanity from Groudon and Kyogre's temper tantrums, but it still gets pissed off incredibly easily (every appearence in the anime, Mystery Dungeon 1, ORAS chapter in Special).
Lorewise, is there a reason it only shows up when BOTH Groudon and Kyogre are shitting up the world, and not say, when one of them is changing the planet like in ORAS?
