So after hunting these fuckers down with a damp Psyduck, I finally caught a blue one. Issue is that it's the nature that boosts Sp.Attack but lowers Attack. And seeing how he learns better physical moves, I'm in a dilemma. Is there a way to make him good? Any suggestions for special sets eould be appreciated. Sure he might have trash stats and a gimmicky ability, but he's cute af so I'm keeping it.
