Yes. They also get up to four perfect IVs, but that can take up to a chain of 100.
Additionally, Mareanie is a special case. It can have it's HA, but it only chains from Corsola. A Mareanie won't call more Mareanie.

Yes. The initial one will never have the HA. I'm not sure how soon they start appearing with their HA though.

When I was going for a Snow Warning Vulpix it took at least 30 to get one and after about 20 more in the same chain I only found 2 others

However I got a Regenerator Mareanie after only about 20 so I dunno, maybe its like a 10% chance after a certain number or something
