Anon, Chansey is already 100% female. I get what you mean though, I'm the same way. Had to hunt down a female Cutiefly earlier, but kept running into male ones. Took a lot longer than expected for a 50/50 split.

Yeah i do this too. ex: swamper must be male, gardevoir must be female, some pokemons like absol can be both (i mean either male or female, i'm not a fucking SJW)

keep a 4/6 or 5/6 male to female ratio. The most important member of the team must be male (Clefable on a stall team, the best setup sweeper on a HO team)
