Been playing since Gen 1, now I'm wanting to get into competitive (VGC) play. Have a few questions.

1) Which new Pokemon are most likely to see competitive play? Why is that?

2) How do people decide things when building their team (i.e. like which nature is best, which moves are best, etc.)

3) What's a good resource site for more in-depth info on this? I especially need help with IVs/EVs.
