Lusamine is neglectful.

In all probability, they'd probably cancel each other out resulting in a fairly normal family other than two very overbearing and ambitious parents because Lusamine would be butthurt if Ghetsis ruined/abused her precious cosplaying children and even if the children didn't fit Lusamine's schemes Ghetsis would have some use for them.

So they'd be unconventional but a fairly normal family.

I think they said themselves Ghetsis adopt them for sole purpose of being N's surrogate sister.
