Playing as Chicken-chan: create your ideal female trainer in Alola (and arguably get two waifus for the price of one) at the severe cost of going from "direct" placement in the story losing the personal feelings associated with that, become more of a "guiding hand" observing as things take place. In the case of Lillie squandering the clear waifubait, only ever able to admire her character from afar. Sacrifice "direct" interaction for female trainer waifu's inclusion... Can watch your female trainer waifu become a god at least... Suppose this could be good if you wanted to look at it from "cute and sexy daughter Pokemon trainer groomer" perspective... Story could feel less personal but making the ideal female trainer is pretty appealing.
