you'll be hitting 136 speed at +1 on adamant, so you're really only worried about scarfers at this point, Pheromosa's not gonna last in the simulator meta so I wouldn't go jolly just for her sake.
Plus Adamant 110 is almost the same power at Jolly 130 (I think the difference is like 7-9 points), you'll be doing just as much damage as jolly garchomp when adamant, with dragon dance boosting at your back.
next best set will be choice specs, specs clanging scales is actually really fucking good as a draco meteor replacement. go Timid for that one.
