>>30105480i don't remember if you can change the order of gyms in RSE, but I do remember I explore all the routes between Mauville and Lilycove without fighting the trainers (save for one or two that you just can't avoid) to catch a Feebas and feed it pokeblocks so it evolved into Milotic before I beat the flying gym! That was in Emerald
