>>30112280I suppose you could make the argument that since Aether designed Type:Full as a Beast Killer, they didn't need to bother with including reproductive capabilities. After all, reproductive processes generally take up lots of energy, and since they're growing them from test tubes anyway, they can just mass-produce Fulls once the design is perfected.
Of course, we all know it's just Gamefreak being dumb as usual.
