The point is that Nintendo places an emphasis on the main character and his friends all being 11, and why they also emphasized Trial Captains all being young. It's because Nintendo wants their predominantly children audience to be able to more easily self insert. But yeah, continue trying to argue this game isn't targeted at children just because you are so insecure you'd feel humiliated to be playing a "kids game."
