It doesn't mean they're do something completely different next game, but rather more of the same because a company does not just abandon a winning formula and there's no way to tell if the next weird bullshit they try will make them as much money. For people who dislike any of those changes above, this is a terrible, terrible thing.

I find it hard to believe that SM has more gameplay than Emerald and anything beyond it. Seriously. If you're racking up more hours, I want you to consider how much of it is cutscenes.
