I'd probably go 252 HP / 128 Atk / 128 SpD

It doesn't need all that Defense if it has Fluffy. Slap an Assault Vest on this thing and it's incredibly hard to take down.

find smeargle on route 2
use adrenaline orb
wait for it to spawn another smeargle
kill smeargle #1 with ice punch
smeargle #2 sketches ice punch

smeargle is the only way to do a lot of egg moves currently, without bank or tutors
