>how early can I get a king's rock for my own slowpoke? I got that rock from the Trainer School Principal who gives you one after you fight her but you can only do that in postgame. The earliest one available is nabbing one off of a wild Slowbro which can come from a Slowpoke's S.O.S call at Kala'e Bay and they have a 5% chance of holding one. There's also other mons that have it but they're later on and you can buy one at the Battle Tree but wasting precious BP on that is stupid. Full list of mons that hold it here if you're interested
