I'm running a Jolly Incineroar and maxing out his speed EVs, followed by his IVs when Hyper Training becomes available for me. If they were going to reduce one of Torracat's stats upon evolution, I just wish it was special attack instewd of speed. Unfortunately, I don't think there's any hope of GF changing this, even if it is like some other cross gen stat adjustments like taking ten points away from one and adding it to another.
Still, Incineroar's movepool is surprisingly ok. I'd like for it to learn Fire Punch by tutor, but alas I'll just have to lessen the recoil of Flare Blitz with Leech Life and maybe some Leftovers. Hopefully the next games to feature them will give them that move and a range of others.
