Do not train your pokemons, just let them watch tv and eat candy and other snacks. pokemon training is not ok. pokemons should be caught with nets you might find so that they wont have to move around and do physical things in the wild. pokemons shouldn't train and neither should you, grab an ice cream for you and your pokemon/s
