Hes actually one of the better alola mons, but of course he needs hail. Hes fast as fuck with decent attack and a lot of resistances for switch ins, great coverage with icicle crash, iron head and eq, and swords dance to set up

Alolan Rattata/ Raticate is the best, by far. In what other game but Pokemon Sun/ Moon can you catch, breed, raise and battle Republican Senator Ted Cruz, power him up to his Super Saiyan form, and play with his cheeks and belly after battles?
