This. Town and route themes in XY were great, but battle themes were pretty bad. The Elite Four theme is forgettable as fuck.

You can't put gen 1 at the bottom like that.
I'm not even a genwunner but the themes in gen 1 are really well written and often more complex and changing than songs from later games
