Having severe balltism and trying to be a legitfag right now is suffering.

Currently trying to balltism the ultra beasts and also get good natures and IVs on them. Even with a bunch of synchronize Abras it's suffering.

Finally got a timid Dive Ball jellie with perfect HP/Def/SpAtk/Spd and almost 0 Atk though

According to this, there are some new legal balltisms

the only things of note from I can see are Aegislash, Feraligatr (Dive/Lure Ball) (Moon/Heavy Ball) and Serperior (Nest/Friend Ball). Page also says that the HAs are available. Can anyone confirm or deny? Serebii has be wrong before.

Don't think the qrscanners can SOS chain.

It's a moot point for most of them though, come January you can just send over the HA mon from bank and breed into the ball type you caught the scanned mon in.

Currently working on the Tapu's. I got Koko in an ultra ball and Lele in a heal ball (That took forever to reset for) Once I can get someone to touch trade Bulu with me, I'll get it in a repeat ball and I'll get whatever the water one is called in a dive ball when I pick a build I like for it.

How exactly does this work? If I have a male HA snivy and breed it with ditto it's going to be in a regular ball. If the mom is snivy it's going to pass down its regular ball too

What even looks good in Dusk and Net Balls?

Only things I've found for either are Mega T-tar for Dusk and Quagsire/Swampert (Illegal) for Net

Even galvantula, a spider that spins a net, fits Quick ball better. Ariados is an irredeemable shitmon and not worth breeding at all

I was going to append my post with that but didn't bother.
I still go pokeball everything because the starter comes in a pokeball, otherwise I could switch to full premier or luxury if I wanted (I still prefer the simplicity of the pokeball by a slight margin).

There's no way to get an HA parent from Gen 6 and a balltism parent from Gen 7 to create a Balltism HA baby, so the only thing that the QR codes really affect are Aegislash in Kurt balls

I went with heal for Lele and plan on going for repeat ball for Bulu when I get its dex entry from someone. I'm not using any one time balls (masterball aside) on legendaries so maybe I'll go with dive or something on fini.

The only correct balls you can catch the Legendaries in:

Solgaleo = Level Ball
Lunala = Moon Ball
Tapu Koko = Fast Ball
Tapu Lele = Love Ball
Tapu Bulu = Friend Ball
Tapu Fini = Lure Ball (or Master Ball, if you're willing to waste it)
Necrozma = Heavy Ball
