If you're a girl, you can get worn black denim jeans, a black headband, camo socks of your flavor (I went with blue), and black sneakers of your choice for another 10~15k, if even that much (three of those items are less than 2k each, and the shoes are probably something you bought already).
5000 for a cut and dye so you can have wine red hair (or your flavor of blonde if you're a dude), and bam. Instant punk. Now go fuck up the UB storyline and imagine Wicke's reaction when you show up in your new getup.
