To have so many single-stage lines in such a small Pokedex is unforgivable imo.

Literally 55% of all the new lines introduced this generation don't evolve.

I can DEFINITELY understand Bruxish, Drampa, Turtonator, Oricorio, and Togedemaru. I can accept Mimikyu. I can kinda sorta not really accept Pyukumuku.

They're mons whose whole gimmick is different forms or a gimmicky ability, not sure why anyone expected them to evolve. Although mimikyu not having different forms based on other popular mons is a travesty

The whole franchise is wasted potential because the dumb fucks of Gamefreak and not literally any other company who can, you know, actually program and basic stuff like that were the ones who struck dumb gold.

It specially shows when you play Pokemon games not made by Gamefreak and how superior they are to the mainline games in nearly every way.

I do think that GF makes a lot of dumb decisions but Pokemon is a giant, successful franchise because GF knows the audience well. I think they should let the B team pitch in for more mainline games because HGSS and BW2 were excellent entries

Man, did this thing grow on me! I hated its design prior to the games' release. Hated it with burning passion!

The game wasn't that hard, but it wasn't too easy either, so I kinda struggled early on.

Caught me a Technician Meowth that turned out to be a straight up bro with its STAB Bite + Technician boost throughout the games.

Reminds me of my regular Persian I raised back in middle school, man. It's in my bank right now and I can't wait to fucking make these two meet each other. :v(
