I'll start with the starters:

>Decidueye

Basically give him Sceptiles stat distribution but solidify him more as a fast special attacker.

Literally a copy and past of Feraligatr's stat distribution.

She's actually fine where she is. Maybe just take 10 ATK and give it to SPD. No logical reason Primarina should be slower than Walrein which seems to be a much larger seal.

Incineroar is fine as is. It just fill a role that most people did not expect it and is bad at the role they thought it was going to do. It's a very effective bulky offense mon once intimidate is released.

I disagree with that. Make it a mixed attacker like it was intended to be and simply rearrange its stats, like this:

70 / 100 / 70 / 100 / 100 / 92

Now it has nice special bulk and versatile attacking stats along with above-average speed (For an Alolan Pokemon.) while not being overkill like your spread. As for the others:

>+Stone Edge

Intimidate and Will-O-Wisp access effectively gives it bulk much higher than base 90 when it switches in or burns an opponent. Because of its access to those two, I think that swapping its Sp. DEF with its SPD will make it more balanced.

She's already pretty good, but I feel the same as you do about her ATK stat. Higher base HP, recovery, Boomburst access and a change to her hidden ability is all she really needs to shine.

I have some ideas for other Alolan Pokemon, so I'll probably continue this in a second post.

This fucker needed a complete learnset overhaul. It's ridiculous how many physical attacks it learns naturally compared to how many special ones. I get that it's mostly because of Charjabug's stats, but I still don't that Vikavolt should get shafted because of that. In my opinion, their movesets should be separate. That way Eviolite!Charjabug has a niche and moves that it can abuse if one decides to use that over Vikavolt.

Iron Fist, but hardly any fist moves. Yeah, sure, GF. That makes a lot of sense. Anyway, location evolutions are retarded and I would rather have it evolve by using the Ice Stone. I guess if it had to stay that way, then Crabrawler should have more DEF. That way it can at least make use of Eviolite and actually survive physical hits until it can evolve at Mt. Lanakila.

God, there's so much other shit I'd like to post, but I doubt anyone is still lurking this thread.

Komala, it's ability makes it act as if its afflicted with sleep but its still allowed to act as normal.

its normal type with 115 base atk and 65 base speed, thats right a comatose koala is faster than 2 of the starters.
found on route 11 iirc, bout a 5-10% chance of encounter

Angry toucan doesn't need much of a change. Just a SP. ATK --> SPD swap, a speed-boosting move, and a Fighting-type move for pesky Rock and Steel-types.

Oricorio is fine as far as stats go, but its movepool needs work. I don't think their forms should have been interchangeable. Rather, they should have been kept separate and given different learnsets to make better use of their typings early on. (P.S. -- Fiery Dance could, and probably should, be somewhere in Baile form's learnset. It is thematically perfect.)

I think he deserves way more HP considering how he's made to abuse Counter. I also see no reason why it can't have Accelerock. As for the SPD decrease, I think it's better off being a bit slower. It has the speed to generally act before slower, bulkier Pokemon, but is slow enough to Counter faster threats. I dunno, maybe it's unnecessary. I'd have to actually play with an edited Lycanroc to find out.
