I caught this thing with a friend ball at level 14, gave it a soothe bell at level 20, it's now level 23 and still hasn't fucking evolved. It's now my highest level pokemon, and is the biggest fucking piece of shit to ever exist. What the fuck am I doing wrong? Why doesn't nintendo remove this stupid fucking pointless mechanic?!

Yes I'm mad. I've missed out on learning like three moves already. This pokemon is U S E L E S S.
