I really want to use a Skill Link Pikipek on my team for my second playthrough, but every Pikipek I catch on Route 1 has Keen Eye. I've caught, like, 20 now.

It's not listed as a Hidden Ability anywhere. Does it just not get Skill Link on this route? Do abilities have rarities now?
