Exploud is the strongest and slowest of usable STAB Boomburst users
Swellow is the weakest and fastest of STAB Boomburst users
Chatot is somewhere in between

There is room for all of them and being fast is a genuinely useful advantage. If you were ever running Scarf Exploud, you would be switching to Specs Swellow now.
