One of the biggest weaknesses of Pheromosa (and why I think she is overrated) is the low base power of her moves. You either have to rely on Focus Miss or HJK for power and High Jump Kick in VGC is very unreliable. Add to that single targetting and you're left with a good Pokemon but hardly a broken one.
(ariaods is also a rage powder user btw, not that it matter that much)
Psyhic terrain boost for Lele on the other hand scares me: 252+ SpA Life Orb Tapu Lele Psychic vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Eviolite Clefairy in Psychic Terrain: 153-183 (86.4 - 103.3%) -- 25% chance to OHKO
What about running ala+lele? You stack weaknesses but you get a very strong psychic from Alakazam paired with a dazzling gleam or psychic from lele.
