To summarize:
Ribombee @ Fairium Z / Life Orb
Shield Dust
Timid
252 SpAtt 252 Speed 4 SpDef (does 4 in HP give it an odd HP? if so then put in HP)
-Pollen Puff/Bug Buzz
-Moonblast
-Psychic
-Quiver Dance
Quiver Dance is the boosting move that lets it be a threat. You can go Modest over Timid, but Timid allows Ribombee to reliably outspeed and hit things without a QD boost. Item choice is really personal preference, esp. if you have your Z item on another mon. Just make sure it boosts damage in some way because even at +1, Ribombee's 95 base SpAttack really wants all the help it can get. Focus Sash is an option, but you've got to be airtight with your hazard clearing because only Ribombee gets one chance given its lack of bulk.
For singles, Shield Dust is better than Aroma Veil's sleep immunity, but AV still has merit esp. in playing environments where you know sleep is present.
>Bug Buzz vs Pollen Puff
It's personal preference though BB wins out. Bug Buzz is a 'sound' move that bypasses Substitute, making it incredibly strong; the chance of lowering SpDef is icing on the cake. Pollen Puff doesn't bypass subs but also isn't nullified by Soundproof.
Moonblast is your primary STAB. Its 95 base power means it's the go-to move of choice when both your STABs hit neutrally. Psychic is the best coverage move despite not being able to bypass Steel because it does cover Poison types for SE damage which otherwise resist your dual STAB; until the full set of move tutors is released, it's also the best its going to get for coverage outside a niche Hidden Power Ground.
The only other option worth considering is Baton Passing the QD to someone else but this is not recommended. Ribombee's SR weakness and poor bulk means once it switches out, it likely won't get the chance to setup QD again, leaving it as effective dead weight on your team.
