Every single evil team admin or leader has the same Pokemon every game.
Just once I'd like to see something different. Maybe they'd give the grunts more Pokemon as well instead of just one.
I don't understand their thinking, sometimes. Granted, they want to get that battle with that one simple grunt over with quickly, but at least put some sort of time into it, ya know?
