Agreed, the fact that it is basically a free action that can be used on top of a move is just broken.

It having no usage limits is also kinda broken, that or at least make it less likely to work next time each time help appears.

Why would you want to be increasing the amount of time it takes to EV train, hunt for good IVs, find Shiny Pokemon, and nab Hidden Abilities?

Yes. >>30205234 doesn't know what he's talkig about. You could max your desired stat in 5-6 hordes iirc assuming you were using the appropriate item with Pokerus. It was super fast.
