His movepool alone would make him great, but it has amazing special attack and it only gets better when its ability activates.

The worst part is that you can't even catch it until Victory Road.

yup, it's not like blaze/torrent/overgrow. its sp. attack goes +1 every time an attack makes its hp get below half.
